1. Membership Period.
Friends membership runs for 12 months from the date payment is received (or, in the
case of a standing order, the date the first payment is taken), unless otherwise stated.
This date will be treated as the official start date of membership.
Membership may be cancelled at any time; however, payments already made are non-refundable.
Friends membership does not renew automatically. Members will be invited to renew at the end
of their 12-month period.
2. Membership Benefits.
Benefits are offered in good faith and may be subject to availability. Eye Bach Choir reserves the right to amend benefits where necessary, while ensuring that the overall value of membership is maintained.
3. Ticket Discounts.
Silver Friends are entitled to a 15% discount on one ticket per concert. Gold Friends are entitled to a 15% discount on up to two tickets per concert. Discounts apply per concert and are subject to availability. Friends ticket discounts are separate from any choir member or friends-and-family booking arrangements and cannot be combined with other offers.
4. Priority Booking and Seating.
Priority booking and reserved seating are offered where available and cannot be guaranteed for all performances or venues.
5. Non-Transferability.
Friends membership and associated benefits are personal and non-transferable.
6. Refunds.
Friends membership fees are non-refundable.
7. Data Protection.
Personal data will be held securely and used only for the administration of Friends membership and Choir communications, in accordance with current data protection legislation.
8. Gift Aid.
Gift Aid may be claimed on eligible donations in line with HMRC requirements.
9. Changes to the Scheme.
Eye Bach Choir reserves the right to update the Friends scheme and its Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated to Friends.
